Hayley Smith-Rose is a dynamic radio personality and DJ from Maine, and now a star on the Netflix reality series, Surviving Paradise.
A native of Nashua, New Hampshire, Hayley embodies the state’s motto, ‘Live Free or Die,’ in her adventurous approach to life. Her passion for music led her to the University of Maine at Farmington, where she earned a degree in Music Administration. Today she is a beloved figure on Hot Radio Maine, acclaimed as the Best Radio Personality by the Portland Phoenix in 2018.
Hayley’s adventurous spirit shone on Surviving Paradise, where her resilience and strategic skills were put to the test in a captivating tropical setting. Her genuine and relatable nature endeared her to viewers, making her a standout on the show. Teaming up with her best friend Becca Howard, she co-hosts Fever Dream Diaries, revisiting the nostalgia of high school in the early 2000s.

Becca Howard is a writer, trivia enthusiast, and podcast host with a flair for uncovering intriguing stories. A native of Nashua, Becca’s life has been a journey of exploration, from her role as a research project manager at the University of New Hampshire to her time as an event planner in New York City. Now based in Boston with her boyfriend, Tyler, and their two cats, and two corgis, Becca brings her analytical mind and Scorpio intuition to everything she does.
Becca’s foray into podcasting alongside her high school best friend Hayley Smith-Rose has been a thrilling addition to her diverse career. Despite their distance across states, Becca and Hayley have maintained a strong friendship and a bond that has only grown over the years.
When not podcasting or diving into her research, Becca enjoys spending time with her animals, exploring the great outdoors, and immersing herself in celebrity memoirs.
